How Bright Hopes Child Development Center handles information you share with us through this website.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Bright Hopes Child Development Center (“Bright Hopes”, “we”, “us”), B42, Gate No. 3, Okhla Vihar Metro, New Delhi – 110025, India. You can contact us at info@brighthopes.in or 9891112793.

2. What information we collect

When you send an enquiry through our website form, we collect only what we need to respond:

  • your name, phone number and (optionally) email address;
  • your child’s first or preferred name and age range;
  • the service and mode (online or in-person) you are interested in;
  • your preferred date and time of day, and any short message you choose to include.

We do not ask for medical records, diagnostic reports or detailed health or developmental history through this website. Please do not include such information in the form; it can be discussed privately with the professional during an appointment.

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy.

The Child Development Check-in runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not saved, sent to us or shared with anyone. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp from your result, the message contains only your child’s age group, the suggested next step and the areas you might like to discuss, and you can edit it before sending.

3. Why we use it

  • to respond to your enquiry and discuss available services and appointments;
  • to keep a record of your enquiry and the consent you gave;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Consent and children’s information

Information about a child is provided by their parent or legal guardian. By submitting the enquiry form, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian (or have their permission) and you consent to us using the information to respond to your enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

5. Analytics and cookies

Enquiry form contents — including any information about your child — are never sent to analytics or advertising services. This website does not store enquiry information in your browser’s storage. If we introduce website analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. How we protect and keep information

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to a secure service that only authorised Bright Hopes staff can access. We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate record-keeping, after which it is deleted. [Retention period to be confirmed by the centre.]

7. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate this website and our enquiry system, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase information you have given us, withdraw consent, or raise a concern. Contact us at info@brighthopes.in. [Grievance contact details to be confirmed by the centre.]

9. Not medical advice

Information on this website is general and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for an individual assessment by a qualified professional.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
